Delivery Management
Delivery Management
To be able to customers in the strict demands of time to submit high-quality software products, 1stCore establish a set of stringent stability and repeatable delivery of the development process of service delivery.
Currently 1stCore developed a set of Web applications (B/S) software development process management system - "Lasque". Unlike traditional C / S software development, 1stCore divides the entire project in according to particularity of the B/S software into two independent bands (Front-end, Back-end) management. It not only combine the most important areas of a software development model, including RUP (Rational Unified Process) and CMM (Capability Maturity Model) model of the essence, but also incorporate the WEB standard of the current industry and the innovative design of the software industry.
1stCore uses the latest SaaS delivery model. Software as a Service (SaaS) is a new delivery model, which makes software solutions can be defined as: a function that estimates a given price under Service Level Agreement (SLA) to provide business. This model provides a better foundation to the software, because the software manufacturers have to the concerns of the customer satisfaction more closely, and do faster response for the needs expansions and the problems.
With SaaS, customers can through a Web browser to operate the infrastructures of the practical application procedures, and act as an ISV or a SaaS solution provider for all related operations (in this case, ISV is external source of the delivery software services), to use the application functions. This mode of delivery are increasingly popular, because the end-users are no longer to pay the operational costs of the infrastructure、 the IT staff and the application procedures, such as management, monitoring, maintenance and disaster recovery, and so on.
